To say Maciek is available 24/7 is an understatement as he answered one of our e mails (to which we were expecting a reply Monday morning) at midnight on a friday night .
We had capital gain issues being Canadians where the capital gain taxes would have been deducted immediately at closing but again he referred us to a conscientious lady lawyer who was extremely helpful in solving our problems.

My new home would not be mine without Maciek Zaremba. It was a short sale, the owners lived out of the country and did not care if it went into foreclosure. Not only did Maciek talk them into agreeing to the sale, and their bank in accepting the sale a priority, he coordinated their trip (by plane) to the closest U.S. Embassy to sign the papers.

That was just the beginning, when it went to mortgage appraiser, the country records where not updated with previous construction and my home was deemed "complicated" and "unlendable". My broker was ready to give up but Maciek went to the county that day! and convinced the appraiser to come out , inspect, then go back to office to update my files that day!

We had a few more bumps in the road, in fact all involved said it was one of the most challenging sales in their career.
